Senior Solution Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for owning technical discussions, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts • Work closely with DevOps and R&D teams • Deliver killer product demonstrations • Be an evangelist for customers • Respond to RFIs/RFPs • Convey customer requirements • Manage proof of concepts • Maintain customer feedback channel • Provide inputs for product development

Qualifications

• 5+ year(s) experience as a Solution Engineer in a pre-sales capacity • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform • Ability to analyze and solve problems • Ability to work as part of a team • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers • Good planning and organizational skills • Experience leveraging the Salesforce API's • Understanding of AWS and Azure technology stacks and infrastructure • Knowledge of cloud security principles
