Operations Manager - Fortune Live Media

Job Description

• Reporting to the General Manager, Fortune Live Media, this position will provide organizational support for the various event workstreams and respective operations • Responsible for helping document and implement the vision, strategy, metrics, and internal processes • Tracking project deliverables and operations with a focus on timeline adherence • Providing organizational and operational support across different teams such as Marketing, Event Execution, Event Programming, Finance, Live Media Sponsorship Sales, Technology Implementation, and Events teams in Asia and Europe

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years working within the international events business • Have 5+ years in the content and media industry • Experience working with organizations convening and communicating with high profile global leaders, including C-suite, government officials, artists/talent and others. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions and departments • Have experience in a matrixed organization and demonstrated success
