Director, Strategic Partnerships

Job Description
• Affiliate Management: Recruit, onboard, develop and maintain relationships with our publishing partners - with a specific propensity for understanding their delivery channels, business needs and technical requirements - helping them to achieve their program goals while simultaneously fueling revenue growth and profitability for Centerfield. • Strategic Business Development: Proactively identify and manage new affiliate-driven revenue opportunities and advertiser/publisher synergies. Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure client objectives and revenue targets are properly prioritized both monthly and quarterly. • Technical Project Management: Act as the primary contact for all affiliate-related reporting, network relationships, pixel/TFN implementation and campaign tracking. Utilizing your affiliate expertise, evaluate and manage available tools and resources to ensure Centerfield is operating as efficiently as possible. • KPI-Focused Decision Making: Be accountable for managing and optimizing toward critical key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to revenue growth, new partnerships established, affiliate/publisher retention, media performance and profitability. • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to assess the performance of affiliate campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI. Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with significant experience in A/B testing. • Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure they align with our clients’ objectives and generate maximum revenue. • Compliance: Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure that all affiliate activities comply with legal and ethical standards. • Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular reports for affiliate partners and senior leadership, focusing on affiliate performance, advertiser KPIs and revenue/profitability trends. • Innovation: Create and/or optimize processes and workflows to improve the effectiveness of our affiliate program. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve Centerfield’s position as market leaders. • Collaboration: Work closely with all departmental stakeholders and leadership to help facilitate and grow a successful affiliate program, including regular communication, timely follow-up and proactive evaluation of departmental needs and client requests.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field would be preferred (MBA is a plus) • 5+ years of experience in affiliate and/or performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth. • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams, while handling situations with tact and resourcefulness. • Proven experience in managing advertising campaigns and publishing relationships. • Experience as an effective liaison with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, able to articulate, aggregate and deliver on key milestones effectively. • A high level of motivation, adept problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously in dynamic, ever-changing environment, as well as establishing yourself as a respected leader. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and marketing performance reporting tools. • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including familiarity with performance marketing platforms, key players and industry trends. • A true team player who operates with transparency and enthusiasm. • A humble, “roll up your sleeves and get-it-done” attitude with a flexible approach to any task. • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and make sounds decisions in a fast-paced environment and perform well in high-pressure environments. • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
