Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering (West)

Job Description

• Build, scale, and manage a high-performance team of Solution Engineers that support sales • Coach Solutions Engineers on how to develop customer solutions and deliver value focused business cases • Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating in customer meetings • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure Solution Engineering team influences product direction based on customer feedback

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience at high-growth software companies • 5+ years of management experience at a high-growth company • Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills • Ability to build and earn trust with cross-functional partners and the broader leadership team • Enthusiasm for earning customer trust and deepening customer relationships • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities
