Senior Manager, User Research

Job Description

• Advocate for customers by communicating the importance of user research • Establish mission, vision, culture, and strategy for UX research • Collaborate with functional leaders to prioritize efforts and ensure customer-centric insights influence product strategy • Scale research by establishing best practices, processes, and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field • 10+ years of experience in UX research, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities • Experience working in an Agile development environment
