Job Description

• Develop product messaging, positioning, and value proposition • Drive go-to-market strategy and product adoption • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams for sales enablement • Plan and execute product launches • Conduct customer and market research • Reports to the VP of product marketing

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data driven marketing • Experience with product launch and GTM strategies • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and B2B technology market • Contact center AI experience is a plus • Strong project management and organization skills • Proven ability to create differentiated positioning, messaging, and customer facing content.
