Men's Designer

Job Description

• Design and develop men's styles that align with the brand aesthetics • Research and stay updated on current market trends, including fabrics, yarns, and techniques • Create detailed sketches, tech packs, and spec sheets for production • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes • Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment construction and fit • Communicate regularly with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in men's design • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office • Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
