Staff HR Program Manager
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $140,000 - $157,500 a year
Job Description
• Design and implement innovative HR programs that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to assess needs, develop effective solutions, and execute programs with business leaders • Proactively solicit external benchmarking and leverage AI tools to enhance program effectiveness • Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on HR strategy and impact
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a program management or leadership role within a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment • Demonstrated success in developing and managing scaling HR programs • Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to drive change and reach agreement among diverse groups • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics
