Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience with a modern language such as Python, Go, or Elixir AND proficiency in Python • Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting • Ability to solve ambiguous problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment • 5+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of large-scale distributed systems, in a hyper-growth SaaS setting • Exceptional writing abilities with the capacity to craft and optimize prompts for generative AI models • A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and applying them to real-world problems
