Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description

• Join the experience team • Work closely with the director of experience and the digital marketing lead • Execute a multi-channel marketing strategy • Be part of the go-to-market team including sales, marketing, and customer experience • Position is remote with preference for those in the Washington, DC area

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an email marketing program • Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms • Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL) • Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch • Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS • Knowledge of SEO/SEM • Excellent written communication skills • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
