Product Manager (Physical Products)

Job Description

• As a Product Manager, you will be pivotal in curating and optimizing our product portfolio to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer delight • Responsible for crafting product briefs, partner with Product Development & Marketing, and build strategic analyses to ensure financial and customer success • Implement strategies to improve key metrics such as NPS, gross margin, and conversion rate • Design and execute on new product demand tests to inform future product strategy • Build market knowledge through competitor analysis and market research • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in product management, strategy / analytics, or related roles in a CPG or retail environment • Proven track record of executing strategic initiatives that result in significant revenue growth and profitability • Strong analytical & financial acumen, including ability to develop supporting materials • Significant experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
