Sales Development Representative Team Lead
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead SDR team in outbound prospecting • Drive outbound prospecting for new client opportunities • Support team in surpassing KPIs • Provide coaching in sales techniques • Spearhead development of new initiatives for team growth • Collaborate with sales leaders and strategy teams
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of BDR/SDR experience • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and/or similar platforms • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly motivated sales professional with proven track record of exceeding KPI goals
