Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 a year

Job Description

• Partner closely with Go-To-Market functions including Sales, Marketing, and Marketplace/ partnership on business strategy and execution • Provide strategic support, analysis, financial/operational insights and expert advice; analyze trends to evaluate effectiveness • Enhance reporting to analyze critical KPIs, and assess patterns to uncover opportunities for improvement and areas of growth • Guide sales and marketing in assessing ROI trade offs across various initiatives • Collaborate cross-functionally on annual planning • Assist in the development of sales compensation structures that align with business objectives; take ownership of sales commission quarterly tracking • Lead pricing for Vestwell’s Workplace business; own modeling, and unit-level assumptions. Advise on strategic positioning and provide pricing support on strategic partnership opportunities to creatively solve client needs while also achieving internal financial targets

Qualifications

• Have experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles (likely 5+ years), with an emphasis on modeling • Have 2+ years of strategically supporting and partnering with GTM functions, ideally with B2B Enterprise SaaS experience • Possess exceptional business judgment and strong logical, and critical thinking • Are very comfortable with modeling, and creating financial and data-driven analysis • Have excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build strong relationships, and influence decision making • Have exceptional attention to detail coupled with the ability to uplevel and simplify • Have the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment • Have a desire to join a startup, take responsibility for the fate of the company, and move fast
