Job Description

• Direct management of U.S. and Canada payroll and benefits programs • Supervise Global Payroll Specialist • Manage external payroll service providers (Global) • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations • Continuously improve related processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and extensive practical experience • 5+ years experience in benefits administration and management of benefits programs in the U.S. • 5+ years experience in payroll processing and management of the payroll function for U.S.-based payroll • Team player with proven analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Drive the evolution of benefits programs by analyzing, benchmarking, designing, and implementing benefits plans • Create and communicate policies and procedures to ensure compliance and the achievement of equitable and competitive benefits • Manage open enrollment and lead testing system changes • Manage leave programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies
