AVP, Illiquid Assets - Investments Office

Job Description

• Support all aspects of the illiquid asset investment process • Evaluate potential investments • Develop strategies to increase origination • Oversee portfolio construction • Execute transactions • Work primarily with the investment team within GA and the broader global investment teams within KKR • Be an early team member of a new high-profile investment strategy at Global Atlantic focused on a wide range of asset classes • Represent risk/return and liquidity profiles • Support long-term origination & non-USD strategy • Aid in portfolio construction and monitoring • Contribute to building relationships across KKR and externally to support GA growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investment/asset management, or corporate development. • Superior analytical skills and background in Excel and PowerPoint • Strong grasp of financial & quantitative concepts and extensive experience in working with financial or numerical datasets • Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to contribute to a collaborative and constructive work environment • Demonstrated interest in investing and/or private assets • Self-starter with ability to work independently to solve complex problems
