Sales Representative
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $90,000 a year
Job Description
• Conduct outreach through in-person and online meetings, building proposals, and closing deals • Meet quarterly and annual revenue quotas by managing and executing the sales process • Understand clients' businesses and match them with Nuvolum’s services to make the best recommendations • Deliver high-quality prospecting through email and phone outreach consistently • Craft proposals that demonstrate both analytical and strategic sales abilities • Communicate accurate forecast information to the management team • Achieve a minimum of $250,000 On Target Earnings (OTE) annually, through a combination of base, as well as commission • Collaborate with Directors of Account Management and Implementation to ensure seamless hand-off between departments post-sale
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred • 3-5+ years’ experience in new business development or sales • Proven track record of exceeding revenue and growth goals • Experience working within the healthcare industry, particularly with doctors, is advantageous • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and the value provided by a full-service marketing and PR agency • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills, capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency • Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis
