Project Manager - Analytics Consulting

Job Description

• Experience in multiple agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, Lean, etc) • Facilitates the Scrum process including Daily Scrum Stand-up meetings, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Work with business and IT stakeholders in creating/maintaining User Stories, Deliverables, Backlog, Jira board, Team Capacity planning, etc. • Basic understanding of leading tools and technologies in the Data and Analytics space such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, etc. • Project planning, smooth project execution, and delivery for EIM/BI/Reporting and Data Management Programs • Prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, achieve set goals, and deliver timely results • Ensure timely communication and issue resolution • Top Communication and Business Engagement skills in a fast-paced environment • Scrum certification will be good to have but not mandatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields preferred • 10+ years experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology or related field with strong skills in project management • 5+ years’ experience in managing projects related to BI/Reporting/Visualization, EIM, Data platforms, etc. • Working knowledge of databases and Basic SQL • Experience in Agile development for data-driven solutions • Good understanding of the full project life cycle • Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and facilitate testing
