Senior Manager, Public Sector Sales Engineering

Job Location: Remote

Salary: $220,000 - $260,000 a year

Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Public Sector Sales Engineers • Oversee the delivery of customized demonstrations • Act as a subject matter expert on product offerings • Drive team's response to RFIs and RFPs • Partner with internal organizations for collaboration • Strategically navigate sales cycles • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition • Partner with Business Value Services for product value representation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Bachelor’s of Science preferred, Master's a plus • Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 5+ years in a managerial role • Prior experience as an individual contributing Sales Engineer • Experience managing strategic sales cycles in the Public Sector space • Understanding and/or training on value selling concepts • Experience with integration projects • Experience with hardware, cloud software, IOT, and AI/ML
