Job Description

• Sales Development Representative responsible for creating, identifying, and qualifying new sales opportunities • First point of contact for potential customers with Vonage API • Perform inbound & outbound sales activities • Discover new leads through creative research • Keep detailed notes in CRM system • Schedule meetings and demos • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership • Achieve monthly targets • Develop and maintain territory plan • Support marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Highly collaborative mindset who is a team player • 2 years of Sales Development / Lead generation and or sales experience in B2B environments preferred • CPaaS or SaaS experience a plus • Cold calling experience • Salesforce, Outreach and 6sense experience a plus • Enterprise/Key Accounts Outbound experience a plus
