Director of Accounting and Finance

Job Description

• The Director of Accounting & Finance will oversee all aspects of month-end close, as well as the FP&A function and tax accounting. • Works closely with the Director of Financial Reporting to jointly produce monthly financial statements, board materials, banking compliance, and overall investor deliverables. • Oversees a team of approximately 6 people with 2 direct reports, with the potential to add headcount where necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. • 15 years of relevant work experience, including both public accounting and experience in financial accounting • Public Company experience preferred. • 5 years of experience managing and leading a team. • Understanding of financial accounting systems and budgeting tools and the integrations between those systems, resulting in overall increased user adoption. Systems include, but are not restricted to NetSuite and Anaplan.
