Sales Manager

Job Description
• Lead and manage a team of licensed insurance agents in a virtual call center environment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and performance goals. • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities in the Medicare insurance market. • Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to optimize their performance and professional development. • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including CMS guidelines and Medicare marketing rules, to maintain the integrity of sales practices and uphold ethical standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, compliance, and operations, to support sales initiatives and drive business objectives. • Stay informed about changes in Medicare regulations, industry trends, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies and tactics accordingly. • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach to sales. • Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, demonstrating a commitment to resolving concerns and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
• Must maintain insurance license and Medicare certified • Must have previous leadership experience and medicare sales experience • Must maintain strong communications • Customer Service skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines • Maintain a team player and big picture mindset • Great problem-solver • Ability to take ownership of your work and calculated risks when needed
