Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for owning the tactical strategy and execution of Equip’s clinical lifecycle programs, with a dedicated focus on in-treatment patient engagement and retention • Serve as the subject matter expert and liaison to the Clinical team • Work hands-on in Equip’s ESP, Braze • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing • Be an individual contributor and operate with the mindset that no task is too small

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience with a strong understanding for driving results across engagement and revenue objectives • Ability to influence change and build consensus, including the ability to effectively collaborate across a variety of cross-functional stakeholders • Strong understanding of email best practices, including building CRM programs from the ground up • Ability to analyze and synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations, including experience designing complex email marketing tests with the demonstrated ability to measure and drive actionable results • Natural instinct for evaluating customer experience holistically, with an emphasis on balancing qualitative and quantitative insights • Strong sense of ownership in your work and business outcomes with the demonstrated ability to critically think through solutions that will yield the highest quality impact • Strong attention to detail • Bias for experimentation and questioning of the status quo
