Senior Interaction Designer

Job Description

• Tight-knit and collaborative team with a relentless focus on building the best experience for users • Seeking early career Interaction designers who know the basics of the craft and are willing to learn • Work with a passionate group of designers, product managers, and front-end engineers to see features through from planning to implementation • Use range of skills from product design, interaction design, and visual design to design the future of work

Qualifications

• Graduates with a Bachelors or Masters degree in HCI, Human factors, UX, New Media or Design, and 5+ years of experience. Or self-taught designers with 5+ years of experience shipping quality products. • A refined aesthetic sense to both work within and expand upon Workato’s style. • Ability to present, justify and defend your design decisions to stakeholders. • Experience with motion design, esp using HTML, CSS, JS and other front-end technologies, is a big plus.
