Technical Designer, Kids

Job Description

• Responsible for owning all product categories for Boys and Girls • Manage fit sessions, work with internal and external partners, and leverage client feedback • Develop category quality, construction standards, and fit blocks • Build relationships with cross-functional partners and vendors • Empower vendors to fit approve samples and streamline processes • Support broader Technical Design team as needed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical design experience in the apparel industry • Experience working with factories, production timelines, and cost engineering garment construction • Strong knowledge and understanding of fit and technical construction in Kids product categories • Fluent in G-Suite, MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and experience with 2D patterns • Advanced expertise in Textiles, pattern making, grading, and construction processes
