Job Description

Join us as the Insurance Marketing Campaign Consultant by bringing your expertise and guidance in developing and executing strategies related to both product management and marketing campaigns. • Manage the creation, production, deployment and support of marketing collateral, lead-generation campaigns and related educator-facing workshops for field agent use • Integrate new lead-generation concepts in collaboration with our Digital & Acquisition Marketing teams • Collaborate with leadership teams for Property & Casualty and Life & Retirement segments to create marketing that meets business needs and growth goals • Assimilate new ideas from partners at Donors Choose, Student Loan Solutions and our Education Associations team • Establish metrics and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Deliver excellence in communications to internal teammates, field leadership and our 500-agent retail footprint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 5-7 years insurance industry experience required • Demonstrated expertise of end-to-end campaign execution • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong business writing and copy-editing skills • Ability to collaborate with and influence broad audiences
