Senior Data Scientist

Job Description

• Enable product teams to think strategically about how customers engage with Webflow • Define product and business success metrics • Lead technical and non-technical team members with processes and technical expertise • Develop data foundation, experimentation, and machine learning capabilities • Work on strategic roadmap for building new pipelines and tools • Support in identifying interests and development opportunities for team members

Qualifications

• Have 4+ years of experience in a Data Science (or similar) position • Have interest and experience in mentoring and developing the technical skills of your team members • Have demonstrated experience working as a Data Scientist (or the equivalent in quantitative analysis) • Have expertise in applied statistics, segmentation, and experimentation • Have proficiency in SQL, and experience with a programming language like Python or R • Curious about diving into the nuances of business and product data • Thrive collaborating with product teams in a fast-paced environment
