Fulfillment Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for running daily operations of the fulfillment department • Drive improvement measures and operational strategy • Identify opportunities for business growth and lead scaling projects • Build and lead a fulfillment team • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies • Collaborate with Customer Experience to improve customer experience • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for fulfillment challenges

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience • Previous experience in fulfillment operations • Project management skills, Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement • Computer skills: MS Office and Google Suite • Outstanding communication and organizational skills • Conversational Spanish or another language is a plus
