Job Description

• Primary internal client advocate representing plan sponsor and advisor contacts • Managing onboarding process for new plans • Coordinating with stakeholders to determine conversion timelines and key action items • Collaborating cross-functionally to provide support and ensure service level agreements are met

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project management • Professional experience with internal technical tools • Demonstrated aptitude for learning and iterating • Willingness to learn retirement plan design and conversion processes • General knowledge of ERISA rules and compliance systems
