Senior Paralegal - Asset Management
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 a year
Job Description
• Fried Frank is seeking to add a senior paralegal to support the Asset Management group with the preparation of Form D, Blue Sky and various regulatory filings in both federal and state jurisdictions. • Responsible for drafting and distributing federal Form D filings on behalf of funds for several firm clients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • A minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience in a legal environment and/or experience with SEC filings (ideally on Blue Sky and Regulatory Filing matters) is strongly preferred.
