Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead a market sales team to drive revenue growth • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting TPAs, brokers, and consultants • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers • Monitor sales targets and strategize on market opportunities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field • 10+ years' experience in sales, specifically in health benefits and healthcare fintech • Strong understanding of TPA ecosystem and healthcare industry dynamics • Proven track record in global sales leadership roles within healthcare industry
