Customer Service Representative

Job Description

• Handle a large volume of warm inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner • Read scripts verbatim for products and services and rebuttal when necessary • Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions and concerns are handled properly • Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for customer service, productivity, and quality
