Instructional Designer - Math

Job Description

• Manually author/edit interactive question types using the Kiddom platform • Develop and implement protocols for instructional/graphic design of curriculum-aligned lesson presentations • Author/edit supplemental resources aligned to existing curriculum • Review content and provide Quality Assurance feedback to Kiddom’s growing contractor network • Other assigned tasks as needed to meet project deadlines and deliverables • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications • Assist in organizing work based on team member expertise, experience, and workload • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress. • Continuously monitor progress and make adjustments as needed • Troubleshoot and problem solve when situations do not align with usual processes

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of K-12 math classroom teaching experience • Strong empathy for educators • Passion for improving education equitably • 3+ years of instructional design experience - specializing in math • Keen attention to detail • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously • Creative problem solving
