Visual Designer

Job Description

• Establish a world-class brand image for Anyscale through visual design on marketing and product fronts • Define and develop a cohesive visual identity for Anyscale • Hands-on creation of assets to enhance Anyscale's visual presence across all touchpoints, such as branding, posters, presentations, web page designs, illustrations, and infographics • Work directly with the leadership team and senior stakeholders to present design concepts, gather feedback, and achieve buy-in for visual design strategies • Collaborate closely with the product design team to apply the established visual design framework to the user interface, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, branding, and marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating past work • Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leaders • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product designers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate design visions into functional and visually compelling solutions
