• 6+ years of experience in digital product design • Track record of designing and shipping successful digital experiences • Excellent interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills • Experience using a design-thinking process • Strong problem solving and storytelling skills • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues • Ability to mentor and coach other designers • Insight gathering and sharing for team growth • Planning, scoping, and scheduling of design work • Shareable portfolio (attachment or online)
