GTM Recruiter
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Drive full-life-cycle recruiting process for Enterprise Sales talent • Collaborate with People team and hiring teams to build and improve Talent Acquisition practices • Build a diverse team of talented individuals • Partner with key stakeholders to understand talent profile needs and set up sourcing and interview plans • Ensure exceptional candidate experience through effective communication • Drive to create an awesome experience for hiring teams and candidates
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience managing full lifecycle recruitment across GTM roles in Tech and SaaS industries • Enterprise Sales recruitment experience is a must • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple functions • Expertise in building partnerships with hiring managers • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience using/managing ATS workflows and keeping a clean database • Optimist and resourceful problem solver
