Sales Enablement Manager
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $111,000 - $138,000 a year
Job Description
• Design, develop, and improve performance of Fireblocks' Sales organisation • Oversee all components supporting the Sales team • Direct sales-related initiatives such as training, best practices, content, sales tools, and knowledge management systems • Coordinate with sales, marketing teams, partners, and stakeholders to increase productivity and success • Gather and relay feedback to iterate on the enablement strategy continuously
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, enablement, or L&D • Strong understanding of sales environment • Experience with content management and learning management systems • Able to build relationships with internal stakeholders • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Fast & self-learner • Highly driven and motivated
