(Senior) Director, Associate General Counsel

Job Description

• Provide legal support for business development transactions • Provide legal support for compliance programs • Support clinical development team • Provide legal advice on compliance, risk assessment, and data science issues • Manage junior colleagues in reviewing commercial contracts • Participate in the development of an external communications strategy • Stay informed about legal and regulatory developments • Lead the Legal team's efforts to develop and implement legal processes, tools, and templates

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school • Licensed and a member in good standing with one State bar • Minimum of 8 years' experience • Extensive experience in the life sciences industry • Experience supporting capital raising and M&A transactions • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts • Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills
