AI Technical Writer

Job Description

• Write documentation and curricula for Snorkel AI customers, partners, and internal stakeholders • Collaborate across teams to create outstanding documentation and assist AI teams • Implement an enablement strategy to onboard new accounts and users • Create short-form learning content to enhance customer experience • Work with engineering and product teams to document new products, features, and APIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, statistics, computer science, or related field; alternatively, a strong interest in data science or machine learning • Minimum three years experience designing and developing training, documentation, or consulting materials for technical audiences • In-depth understanding of end-to-end AI/Machine Learning approaches • Proficiency in project management, problem solving, and analytical skills • Experience with content publishing tools
