Strategic Partnerships Lead
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Job Description
• Lead and scale a strategic partnership portfolio with revenue responsibility • Develop a deep understanding of product, customers, and ecosystem • Develop crisp “better together” value propositions and author sales/marketing assets • Identify, build, and enhance partner programs and incentives • Execute consistent partner cosales motions • Create and manage opportunity pipelines for each strategic partner • Formalize partner governance including business goals and measurement, exec alignment, QBRs
Qualifications
• 10+ years of partner and/or enterprise sales experience • 3+ years leading Cloud partnerships (AWS preferred) • Strong joint solution development and partner co-sell/GTM execution experience • Successful track record driving results in high-growth, rapidly evolving organizations • Experience scaling a technology partnership with marked increase in revenue, retention, or other key metrics • Demonstrated experience working with a highly technical product and audiences • Clear communication and ability to quickly establish credibility with executive-level and highly technical individual contributors • Scrappy and execution-oriented, capable of making decisions and delivering results quickly • Data-driven and capable of tracking and presenting results clearly
