AI Technical Writer

Job Description

• Write user-focused documentation, including how-to guides, troubleshooting, and embedded help • Develop and implement an enablement strategy to onboard new accounts and users more efficiently • Drive strategic decisions and execution around infrastructure and tooling around documentation/content • Work with engineering and product teams to document new products, features, and APIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, statistics, computer science, or a related field • Minimum three years experience designing and developing training, documentation, or consulting materials for technical audiences • In-depth understanding of end-to-end AI/Machine Learning approaches - Exhibited proficiency in project management - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Experience implementing content publishing tools
