Head of Demand Gen & Growth

Job Description

• Create marketing programs to generate the pipeline needed to achieve the company’s annual revenue target. • Build, drive our ABM strategy and work closely with sales leaders to optimize ABM campaign and tactic mix. • Take a data-driven approach to customizing marketing assets and developing initiatives that align with the customer journey, sales-buying stages, and support account go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise demand generation and field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, healthcare highly preferred, but not required • 3+ years of team building and management/leadership experience • Experience with marketing and sales tech stack (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce) • Strong and effective communication skills with a focus on relevance
