Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Description

• Contribute meaningfully to the quarterly forecast and budget planning cycles • Analyze monthly and quarterly variances including preparing internal reporting deliverables • Provide leadership team & cross-functional teams with data-driven decision support • Standardize and automate existing FP&A reports, metrics, and dashboards • Assist in the implementation of financial planning software and lead the build-out of models and scenario building • Lead and support ad hoc strategic and operational projects

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or another discipline with similar analytical rigor or relevant work experience including familiarity with US GAAP • Additional qualifications such as MBA/CMA/CPA are an advantage • Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle Cloud required • Bonus points for having a dashboarding skillset, especially in Tableau
