Job Description

• Cultivate partnerships and TPA relationships to expand sales channels • Act as primary liaison with key partners for joint sales and marketing efforts • Develop and implement sales enablement strategy • Analyze sales processes to identify optimization opportunities • Conduct regular sales training sessions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on GTM strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 5 years of relevant experience • Proven experience in strategic partnership management, sales enablement, or a similar role • Strong understanding of sales processes, GTM strategies, and the competitive landscape • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategy
