Customer Success Associate (East Coast)
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels • Document customer interactions accurately • Ensure adherence to company policies • Work towards achieving customer service targets • Analyze and refine processes to enhance customer service quality • Provide technical advice to improve customer operational performance • Identify and troubleshoot network problems • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager
Qualifications
• Fluent in Mandarin and English • 2-5 years of experience in a call center environment • Enthusiasm for engaging with customers • Passion for technology and staying updated on industry trends • Strong communication skills • Curiosity, motivation, and willingness to tackle challenges • Strong team player • Adaptability to dynamic environments • Ability to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced setting • Eagerness to take on new tasks and solve problems in real-time
