B2B Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description
• Lead Generation: - Develop and implement strategies for lead generation from multiple sources including online campaigns, inbound marketing, and traditional sales efforts. - Optimize on-site lead conversion tactics including forms, inbound calls, and chat functionalities. - Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance landing page effectiveness and ensure seamless data capture in Salesforce. • Sales Process Management and Optimization: - Take full ownership and enhance the entire sales process including: - Review the existing end-to-end sales process and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Define and refine processes in SalesForce (our current CRM). - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all sales and marketing activities. - Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns to stakeholders. - Make data-driven decisions to continually refine marketing and sales approaches. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our strategies and tools remain at the forefront of the industry. • Support Retail Agent Management: - Design and execute nurturing email marketing campaigns for both prospects in the sales cycle and existing agents. - Define and streamline the process from agent signup to full integration, ensuring a smooth transition and effective onboarding. - Provide ongoing support and resources to retail agents to enhance their performance and integration into the sales network.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing. • Extensive experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce. • Proven track record of developing successful lead generation and sales optimization strategies. • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales metrics and reporting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated ability to mentor others, driving performance and professional growth.
