Senior Product Manager-Database Migration

Job Description

• Lead the development of products and services for database migrations to TiDB and TiDB Cloud DBaaS, collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives. • Define and prioritize features and enhancements for migration tools and solutions based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation and release of migration features, adhering to quality standards and delivery timelines. • Establish best practices and guidelines for database migration processes, documentation, and training materials to support customers throughout their migration journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on developing products and services for database migrations or enterprise-level migration projects. • Experience working with database migration tools, technologies, and methodologies. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Proven track record of driving product innovation, delivering customer value, and achieving business results.
