FP&A Director

Job Description

• Lead Budgeting & Forecasting Process • Business Performance Management • Strategic Planning • Lead and develop in-role FP&A Manager • Creation of financial statements for external use as and when required

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or another related field is required • 10+ years of progressive financial management experience within the Consumer Goods or Beauty industry, with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A roles • Advanced Excel and Financial Modelling skills required, experience working with NetSuite a plus • Demonstrable experience in building, developing, and leading high-performing FP&A teams • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally and influence decision-making across all organizational levels
