Senior Product Manager (AI)

Job Description

• Manage a roadmap for AI-powered products, aligning with overall company goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business requirements. • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation and design to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution. • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the AI landscape. • Work closely with engineering and data science teams to define technical requirements, develop algorithms, and implement machine learning models that drive product innovation. • Drive user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate assumptions, and iterate on product features and designs. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product performance and track progress towards business objectives. • Serve as a subject matter expert on AI technologies, trends, and best practices, both internally and externally, to educate stakeholders and drive thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Product Management experience • Exceptional business and systems analysis skills • Ability to thoroughly understand and document business/functional requirements and possible business use cases • Understanding and ability to drive the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment - including conducting stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment and meet deadlines under tight time constraints • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment consisting of Product, Engineering, and QA resources • Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written formats • Knowledge/experience in Retirement/Fintech/related fields (Emergency Savings, Student Debt Repayment, Lifetime Income, Health Savings Accounts, etc.)
