Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Description
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support, contributing to the development and execution of effective people strategies • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, mitigating risks and promoting a culture of compliance within the organization • Support learning and development initiatives, including upskilling programs for new managers and facilitating continuous learning opportunities for employees • Apply a systems thinking approach to HR strategies and initiatives, considering the interconnectedness of various departments and processes within the organization • Play a key role in the development, implementation, and ongoing support of various people programs such as performance development, employee engagement, compensation planning, etc. • Provide support during organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the process • Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information, investigations, and employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies • Safeguard the confidentiality of employee data and discussions, demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change initiatives • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and learning • Ability to thrive in a lean team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
