Head of Demand Generation

Job Description

• Own the full-funnel demand generation strategy and execution to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that span content / thought leadership, email, inbound and outbound sales activations, paid digital, events, and others • Identify and execute on initiatives that optimize for pipeline progression and conversion • Build a marketing measurement foundation to track leading indicators, prospect touch points, and KPIs throughout the funnel • Identify and implement marketing automation tools to scale and drive efficiencies of marketing activities • Collaborate cross-functionally with product & customer marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience, and a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth at B2B SaaS companies selling to mid-market and enterprise customers • Expertise in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics tools
